Customer-Centric Approach
At Sigma Auto, exceptional customer service is the foundation of our success. Our philosophy is to spoil the customer through thoughtful, high-quality service that anticipates needs and exceeds expectations. This approach is not just about meeting standards; it sets us apart and keeps us ahead of the competition. We deliver a seamless, efficient, and professional experience from first contact through post-sale, focusing on consistency. While sales experiences can vary, service should be predictable and stress-free. Every customer should be able to book an appointment, arrive, pay, and leave on time with no surprises. To achieve this, we provide structured sales training with objection-handling techniques, maintain fast and respectful communication, and use tools like video-based service updates and automated systems. These strategies make each interaction smooth, efficient, and reassuring. By removing friction and delivering excellence consistently, we build long-term trust, strengthen loyalty, and set a high standard for modern automotive service.
Sigma Holdings treats Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance as a core discipline. We use OEM survey systems to monitor CSI weekly at the store level, providing visibility into emerging issues and strengths. Each OEM’s methodology is respected, and reporting is tailored to each brand’s expectations. We also prepare monthly internal CSI reports for leadership to track trends, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
In addition to CSI, we emphasize Google review scores as a public and honest reflection of customer experience. Unlike internal CSI reports, Google feedback affects brand reputation and consumer trust. We monitor Google reviews across all dealerships, departments, and brands as closely as we track CSI data. Combining internal and public feedback ensures CSI is not just a measure of past performance but a tool to improve customer experience in real time, store by store and advisor by advisor.

Management Philosophy
GENERATING HARMONY
At Sigma Auto, our management philosophy is built on trust, innovation, and shared growth, designed to generate harmony across all aspects of our business. We believe success stems from long-term partnerships grounded in respect and collaboration, striving for synergy across teams and processes to deliver consistent operational excellence. We hire managers through a transparent process involving HR, General Management, Operations, and Neimann Profiles to ensure candidates align with our culture of accountability, leadership, and process discipline. We seek leaders who excel at training teams, enforcing standards, and motivating employees, which are essential qualities for thriving in a fast-paced, evolving automotive industry.
Motivation is sustained through variable compensation plans for staff and managers alike, coupled with extensive ongoing training. We leverage external partnerships with Georgian College and NCM performance groups, and AI-driven education tools.
To further support retention and performance, we offer market-plus compensation, registered retirement savings plans, and fully or partially funded professional development, especially for certification, safety, and EV specialization. All employees also benefit from free internal training through Century U, including technical modules, personal growth content, and AI/LLM productivity tools—now an essential part of our daily workflow across all roles.

Our onboarding is carefully tailored. Technicians are recruited early and mentored through progressive skill-building and manufacturer-backed EV
education. Salespeople undergo a structured, multi-week onboarding program with hands-on managerial support and OEM certification. Photographers, office staff, and F&I professionals receive early exposure to role-specific training via internal modules and vendor programs, with managers closely involved in ongoing development. Sales and service managers complete advanced Georgian College programs and leadership courses to ensure strategic readiness. General managers bring prior dealership experience along with rigorous management and OEM training.
We maintain alignment through daily team huddles, and management incentives are tied to critical KPIs including CSI scores, sales volumes, fixed absorption, training completion, departmental gross margins, open repair orders, Google reviews, service video engagement, parts aging, receivables, staffing, and inventory. These metrics are rigorously reviewed monthly by senior leadership to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
